â¹û77¸£Àû is pleased to announce a number of new appointments across its editorial team.
National Geographic Traveller (UK)
Amanda Canning: Deputy Editor
Formerly with Lonely Planet magazine where she spent nine years as deputy editor, Amanda has been a freelance writer since 2020, placing stories with The Times, The Sunday Times and The Telegraph. Amanda also founded the travel magazine Good Place during the pandemic. She joins the growing team of editors at National Geographic Traveller (UK).
Jack Clayton: Deputy Branded Content Manager
Jack joins us from Internet Fusion Group where he was the editorial lead for titles including Mpora, an adventure travel and action sports publication that launched its first print edition in 2021. Passionate about cricket, Jack also co-founded the online publications Stumps. He’ll be working with Flora and the PC team on client projects for the National Geographic Traveller (UK) portfolio.

Angela Calvieri: Events Manager
With over 10 years in the events industry, Angela has previously worked for Wine Global Aspect Group, MR Organic and Quiris Media – Bellavita Expo. She is well versed in the planning and delivery of large-scale events and conferences.
Marketing
Tilly Tasker: Digital Marketing Manager
Heading up â¹û77¸£Àû’s growing marketing team, Tilly brings over seven years’ worth of digital marketing and community management experience to the role, with companies and clients on her resume including Comic Relief, In The Snow magazine, the charity Switch180 and the B-Corp PR agency Empower Agency. A strong advocate for disability rights, Tilly also describes herself as a passionate eco warrior and wordsmith.
Design
Natalie Cornelius: Junior Designer
Natalie has been designing for print and online since 2016, working at publications including OK! and Toxic magazine before going freelance. In recent years, Natalie has worked on wide-ranging projects that have included glass artwork designs, product rebrands, exhibition stands and social advertising creatives. She’ll be joining the company’s art desk and contributing to various APL products.

Victoria Smith: Sub Editor
An experienced copywriter and journalist with two decades of experience in both print and digital, Victoria joins APL’s growing team of in-house sub editors. While working across a broad range of disciplines, from finance to fashion, Victoria’s passion lies in travel, food and lifestyle. Her recent bylines include GQ Style, Metro newspaper, Grand Designs Magazine, Square Mile, The Resident, Foodism, Hedge, Escapism, Luxury London and Wedding.
